Had my first 1:1 meeting with Doug today. I went into our meeting not really knowing where or how to get started with wholesaling. Doug started off teaching me acquisition strategies, and the importance of building relationships and letting people know what I am doing. We discussed the best one for me to start off with...which I will google the top five to ten wholesalers in my area and reach out with an introduction of who I am, and what I am looking for in the REl market. I am also going to reach out to a couple of realtors, as well with the same information. I will be out of town tomorrow through Sunday, but as soon as I get back I will hit the ground running!
